Happy (almost) Halloween! As the full-moon rises and the werewolves, vampires and mummies emerge for this spooky time of year, SAS has decided to take a look at some of our favorite Halloween campaigns (past and present).

1.) Volkswagon, “Horror Movie” (2006)

   Agency: DDB Berlin

We’ve all seen the infamous scene in scary movies where the car won’t start when it needs to, but have you ever noticed what type of cars they are?

2.) Chobani, “Treats for Everyone, Even Furry Little Monsters” (2014)

   Agency: Droga5

Small furry animals in costumes. Need I say more?

3.) Kmart, “Halloween Costume Challenge” (2012)

   Agency: draftfcb Chicago

This commercial not only spread awareness for Kmart’s halloween costume collection, it broke a world record while doing so.

4.) Pizza Hut, “How to Win at Halloween” (2015)

   Agency: Shareability

This content-focused video shows viewers how to be a “Hallowinner”.

5.) Snickers, “Twisted” (2015)

   Agency: Latinworks, USA

You may not see this Exorcist-like spot on a local channel, but it deserves a watch.

6.) Nike, “HORROR” (2000)

   Agency: Wieden + Kennedy

Although the ad was pulled from its Olympic spot on NBC, the ad is still a spookingly good Halloween feature.

7.) Captain Morgan, “The Perfect Match” (2007)

   Agency: Anomoly

This Captain Morgan campaign shows four guys creating their own fate on Halloween.

8.) Skittles, “Giant Talking Spider” (2014)

   Agency:DDB Chicago

This Skittles commercial has few plot twists that may surprise you.

9.) Snickers, “Halloween Grocery Lady” (2010)

   Agency: BBDO New York

Imagine a stranger adding random things to your cart, now imagine this woman adding things to your grocery cart…

10.)  Dumb Ways to Die, “Halloween” (2014)

   Agency: McCann Melbourne

Dumb Ways to Die returns for a short Halloween special with a choose your own adventure video.
